Kangaroo Island, Seal Bay Part 1
It was a great experience at... "Seal Bay" is the home of the Australian Sealion and the second largest breeding colony in Australia. Sea Bay is a conservation park and for safety we have to be taken down on to the beach by a parks interpretive officer to get to see the sealions closeup (but keep at least 6 metres distance), swimming in the surf or basking on the sand. But before that, we have got to take a really freezing cold walk down those steps to the beach......

KANGAROO ISLAND, VIEW OUTSIDE OZONE SEAFRONT HOTEL.. Part 2
Rise & shine morning! But do not be deceived; it was actually very chilly out there....but I loved that feeling and with the freshest air ....and surrounded by all the greens. No touchup done on them, was thinking I would spoil the greenery pasture.

KANGAROO ISLAND, VIEW OUTSIDE OZONE SEAFRONT HOTEL AT KINGSCOTE
It was mid July, winter with rain & freezing cold at 4 degree. From Adelaide I ventured to Kangaroo Island.... by coach from their central bus terminal in the city. The morning coach connects with the ferry at 9am from Cape Jervis and the afternoon coach at 3.45pm, which I took, connects with the 6pm ferry service. Return ferry services ex Penneshaw are at 7:30am and 7:30pm with coach connections back to Adelaide.
Kangaroo Island is the third largest island off Australian mainland; almost half of the island has never been cleared of native vegetation. One third is conserved in National and Conservation Parks, making it an ideal place to see wild life in its natural habitat. It is indeed a peaceful beautiful island!
Discovered many beautiful natures, hills, sea, bay, rocks & more places for great photography..too bad my skills were no good. It was chilling cold and .... even my camera got frozen (had to sent back to Canon workshop) before I can complete my journey!
My first morning breakfast looking out from Ozone Seafront hotel..was a beautiful view.

Bukit Batok Nature Reserve Part 5..... Nature is green & serene
Well... it's been a while... I think I'll plan to be back to the green reserve next weekend, a morning jog..sandwich & fruit lunch with the monkeys and unwind up the pavillion with my music & new mystery/thriller book. A quiet & meaningful day? Of course with my camera.. hopefully I get it back from the service center soon.

Relaxing at Beautiful Bukit Batok Nature Reserve.Part 1 Insects
I was unwell on Friday, came down with a terrible stomach flu and common cold... there goes my Saturday weekend activities.... so I decided after taking my breakfast why not take a relaxing stroll at the nature reserve. This was my first time since I moved to this estate ... to really explore the whole reserve and I was amazed at my great discovery... I believed I'll find time to unwind & stress out again in this peaceful, beautiful green reserve.
